Just wanted to take the time to thank you and your staff for the warm loving care that you gave my daughter, Kristen, in selecting her wedding gown. From the first moment we walked into TLC we were greeted with professional, loving care. Kristen knew the dress she wanted from the moment she saw it in a Brides magazine and you ordered the dress of her dreams for her. Not only was the wedding dress ordered from TLC but also the bridesmaids and mother of the bride dress. We have been more than pleased with everything we have ordered from you. Once we found TLC Bridal there was no reason to shop anywhere else.
This October there is the wedding of a dear friends daughter and a cousin. I will return in June to order a dress for both fall weddings. Thank you again for the wonder care given to my daughter in planning her wedding. You have made this process less stressful for our planning.

Terry Warfield and her shop, TLC Bridal Boutique, are truly amazing. All of my visits to the shop before, during, and after the gown shopping process far exceeded my expectations. During each visit I was greeted by friendly staff members, my needs were discussed, I received a high level of service that focused on meeting my needs and sticking to my budget, I was always treated with respect, and I felt totally comfortable with the entire staff to the point that they felt a little like family (especially Terry). I highly recommend that you visit TLC Bridal Boutique if you have not already, and I encourage you to spread the word to all of your friends. TLC's service is truly unbeatable! When I went to find my wedding dress, TLC was the first and last place I went. The owner pulled out as many dresses as I wanted to try on, and helped me in and out of them herself. When the style that I had thought I would go with wasn't working, she recommended dresses to me until we found the perfect dress, which Terry pulled out of a stash she had passing through the store as part of a trunk show. After the dress came in, I was able to have the alterations made by a woman who worked part time through TLC, and so I didn't have to keep track of two different locations. Be sure to schedule an appointment for anything you need at TLC, as the store can get busy.

I purchased my gown and veil from TLC, as well as my and my bridesmaids' jewelry. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from TLC as well. Teri and her staff were warm and welcoming each time we went. I sing nothing but praise to Teri. When I visited for the first time I tried on more than a dozen dresses and was there for hours. She smiled the entire time and was determined to help me find just the right dress. She overlooked all measurements to ensure the proper sizes were ordered. She kept me up to date on my order status and was flexible in allowing me to delay pick up because I did not live close by. She also was able to recommend a fabulous seamstress. Teri and her staff took very good care of me and my girls. We could not have been happier with our experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at TLC Bridal. I worked with two different associates when I tried on gowns and when I picked up my gown. They were wonderfully helpful and professional. I thought they gave me honest feedback on the gowns I tried on. They brought out gowns that were in my specified price range and did NOT attempt to slip in a more expensive gown. Also, they were very in tune to they style and type of gown I was looking for, making the experience much smoother.

I walked into TLC three months before my wedding and left with a one of a kind, beautiful dress that made me feel comfortable in my own skin. Terri was amazing at picking out gowns that made me feel beautiful, and was there with a tissue when we found "the one." I highly recommend TLC for every bride-- but remember to schedule the appointment early and I recommend week days (it is much slower and you get more one-on-one help).
