I have read and agree on the style, size, color, price, and terms below and on my invoice. understand gowns are not custom-fitted and alterations may be required. I understand I must pay a minimum 50% deposit now and the balance upon receipt of the merchandise ordered. I also understand my deposit and merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable and that I owe the total amount below. I also understand plus size gowns (16 and up), extra length, and other special options are subject to an additional fee. Merchandise must be picked up within 2 weeks of delivery and notification otherwise TLC has the right to charge me a $5.00 per week storage fee. I also authorize TLC to bill my credit card below for any remaining balance due if I do not pick up within the 2 weeks required. TLC charges a return check fee of $35.00. All alterations and other associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. TLC is not affiliated with any alteration/seamstress/pressing service companies and not liable for gowns. THIS CONTRACT IS WITHOUT RECOURSE. I have read and agree to the terms of this contract.
