Timeline for placing gown orders
Bridal gown: order at least six months prior to date. This will give you time to have alterations done on the gown.
Veil: Depending on in-stock availability from the manufacturer, these can take up to three months to receive. If you are custom ordering a length or making a change to a standard veil remember to add another month or two to order.
Tiara and Jewelry: These also depend on manufacturers in stock availability. They can take up to two months to arrive.
Shoes: These are normally available within two weeks but during peak season the popular styles may become back ordered and take up to two months to arrive. Pre-dyed shoes usually take three weeks to get in. You will need your shoes prior to any alteration appointments.
BridesmaidsHave the girls order their dresses at least three to four months in advance. Rushes can be placed on some orders, but will add extra cost to the customer.
Flower girls: Depending on manufacturer’s stock availability, these dresses can take up to 2 months to arrive in our store.
Mothers Dresses: These dresses are available as off-rack sales, however if we are ordering a specific size or color, these gowns will take up to three months to arrive.
We will be glad to call a manufacturer and ask when a tentative ship date for certain dresses will be. As always, keep in mind that dresses are not custom made and will usually need alterations.
